Sunday Gathering
Step 1: Gather
We meet at 10AM at the Galaxy Arts Center 1382 Valencia Ave Ste H Tustin, CA 92780. Childcare is provided!
Step 2: Worship as it is in Heaven
We do our musical worship in a circle as preparation for heaven. As recorded in Revelation 7, Jesus is on the throne and all of us are around the throne glorifying Him. For us it is symbolic, as Christ is the focus of our gathering.
Step 3: Bear Each Others' Burdens
We believe that we are to bear with each others' burdens. We share our struggles and we intercede to the King on behalf of each other. We use our spiritual gifts and are a means of blessing our church community.
Step 4: Preach the Word
Every week we preach from the Holy Bible (we'll typically use the NIV translation). Please bring a hard copy bible but if you don't have one we're also happy to give you a new one! We want to communicate God's message and be spiritually nourished with it corporately. We want to be doers and not merely hearers of it.
Step 5: Prayer, Care, and Share
Every week we are exhorted to be missional in 3 ways: Prayer, Care, and Share with family, friends, neighbors, and/or coworkers. We don't want our experience of God to be limited to Sundays, but rather a continued intimacy with Him during the week and also a habit of being a conduit of grace to others.
Step 6: The Epicenter
The pinnacle of our gathering is Holy Communion for those who have been baptized as Christian believers. This is what everything in our gathering points to: the remembrance of Christ crucified for our sins. We take communion every week.
Step 7: Q and A and Pastoral Care
We invite questions to be asked about the Bible passage texting in anonymously at 949-529-1253. For all the questions we'll try to answer them in a Q & A video later in the week. If you need pastoral care please let us know so we can meet up later on!
